Our Bar Meal menu offers you a full array of dishes from our famous steak pie to other great home cooked classics, all meals are prepared fresh and served lunch times 12pm to 2pm Monday to Saturday, and Tuesday to Sunday evenings from 5pm to 8pm

STARTERS

CHEESY NACHOS (V)

A huge pile of nachos, topped with melted cheese and complimented with either sour cream, guacamole or tomato salsa.

GARLIC BREAD ROYALE (V)

Crunchy, warm ciabatta, with garlic butter and melted mozzarella cheese (or plain).

SOUP OF THE DAY

Please ask your server for the homemade soup of the day, served with a warm crusty bread roll and butter.

WHEATIE YORKSHIRE PUDDING

Our homemade large Yorkshire pudding, served with lashings of our special, thick onion gravy.

Perfect for two to share! Breaded mushrooms, scampi, onion rings, BBQ ribs and garlic bread, plus a choice of two dips.

BBQ RIBS

Meaty ribs, cooked to perfection in a sticky BBQ sauce, served with an orange & whisky dip and coleslaw.

Smooth liver pate, served with a dressed rocket salad, red onion marmalade and warm ciabatta.

CHICKEN GOUJONS

Strips of chicken fillet, baked in homaemade breadcrumbs, with parmesan shavings, served with a dressed salad and BBQ dipping pot.

Freshly toasted bruschetta, loaded with pesto, mushrooms and mixed peppers, topped with cheese and oven baked.

STILTON MUSHROOMS (V)

Flat field mushrooms, stuffed with welted stilton, laid over a dressed rocket salad, served with a crusty roll.

DEEP FRIED MUSHROOMS (V)

Button mushrooms, coated in breadcrumbs, served with a garlic dip and salad garnish.

CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS (V)

Button mushrooms, cooked in a creamy sauce with more than a hint of garlic, served with ciabatta and salad garnish.

THAI FISHCAKES

Aromatic Thai scented fishcakes, served with chilli lime jam and a light mixed salad.

SCAMPI

Delicious wholetail scampi, coated in crispy breadcrumbs, laid over a rocket and honey mustard dressed salad with a tartare sauce dipping pot.

MACKEREL ON TOAST

Smoked mackerel fillets, laid on otasted ciabatta topped with a poached egg and finished with pink peppercorns

All meals include a visit to our famous carvery to help yourself to the great selection of fresh vegetables,potatoes and salads, you can also choose table service if you prefer.

THE GRILL

We only use the finest quality meats on our grill, sourced from British farms and are approved by our chef on arrival
Unless stated all grill meals are served to your table with a choice of potato and two free sides, or you can choose to visit out carvery if you prefer.
All meals are cooked fresh to order so a minimum wait time of 30 minutes should be anticipated
