Part time Chef/Cook required for weekday and weekend shifts

Moderate level of cooking skills required (also a position available for apprentice chef)

Sous Chef
Role includes day to day cooking, service and preparation of a la carte and carvery The menu uses fresh produce to create seasonal menus. As sous you will be expected to assist the head chef with menu, training, ordering, admin, GP, stock rotation and costings and supervision of the rest of the team, strong carvery skills also advantageous Requirements The ideal candidate must have; 1. A good knowledge and understanding of using fresh food ingredients 2. Have strong cooking skills 3. The ability to work well under pressure. 4. Good management skills and be a key team player 5. Passion and inspiration to work within the industry 6. Good knowledge of health and safety practices and HACCP procedures ,
